J. Randall Pitts, Jr., Principal
Randall Pitts was born and raised in Birmingham, Alabama. He attended high school at The Altamont School and Birmingham-Southern College, where he received his B.S. After graduation, he earned his J.D. at the University of Alabama School of Law, and practiced law in Birmingham for over a decade before founding Industrial Lighting Group. Mr. Pitts has represented clients in commercial transactions, risk management and commercial and general litigation.
He now serves as in-house counsel for ILG, and manages ILG’s municipal and governmental contracting business.
W. Dennis Sweeney, Principal
Dennis Sweeney is a native of Selma, Alabama, and attended high school at Marion Military Academy in Marion, Alabama. He attended and graduated from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas, with a BBA in Finance. He subsequently earned his MBA in Finance and Banking from SMU. After graduation, Dennis has owned and operated several large concrete products companies in the Southeast, as well as managing the Gulf Region of Maritime Finance LLC’s yacht brokerage business, with an Average yearly loan volume approximately $ 16,400,000.
Dennis is the head of business development for ILG, and currently specializes in large scale industrial plant retrofits throughout the Southeast US.
Bellaire Riley, Principal
Bellaire Riley is a native of Sylacauga, Alabama, where he co-owned Merryweather Foam Products. After a brief attempt at early retirement, Mr. Riley returned to the industrial products market, and serves as ILG’s Head of Sales.
